COORDINATION

  • Day of timeline
  • Unlimited texts, e-mails and phone calls with wedding coordinator
  • Referrals for: accommodations, reception venues, caterers, restaurants, hair/make-up, DJ’s, and other referrals as needed

  • Price – $3,550.00
  • Seating may be upgraded as allowed in package up to one week prior to the scheduled event through Panama City Weddings only.  The number of guests is limited to the approved number – no exceptions
  • No unapproved off site vendors, items or services allowed due to liability restrictions and limitations.
