- Seating may be upgraded as allowed in package up to one week prior to the scheduled event through Panama City Weddings only. The number of guests is limited to the approved number – no exceptions
- May upgrade seating for up to 75 guests
- No unapproved off site vendors, items or services allowed due to liability restrictions and limitations.
