Elopement/vow renewal package includes Panama City Wedding’s fine art professional photography! (ceremony and post ceremony photos) (all editing and effects are at photographer’s discretion) post ceremony photos will include a group photo of couple with guests and photos to include couple’s children and parents if applicable. No separate guest/s or family photography!

WEDDING OFFICIATE

  • Professional ceremony officiate (ordained Minister may be upgraded for $100.00)
  • Keepsake copy of marriage ceremony vows provided by officiate
  • Legal filing of Florida Marriage license by wedding officiate

CEREMONY

  • Personalized Ceremony vows
  • Unity Sand in Bottle Ceremony (may include your children) –OR– Shell Blessing of marriage by the sea w/guests
  • Whimsical post ceremony signage – photographer’s discretion) *couple may provide personalized signage)
  • Beach ceremony location

COORDINATION

  • Day Of Time-line
  • Unlimited texts, e-mails and phone calls with wedding coordinator
  • Referrals for: accommodations, restaurants, hair/make-up

Pricing:

  • Couple Only – weekday – Monday – Friday – $699.00 (Weekend Saturday/Sunday – $799.00)
  • Couple with 1-10  people: Monday -Friday – $899.00  (Weekend Saturday/Sunday – $999.00)
  • Couple with 11 -20 people: Monday -Friday – $999.00 (Weekend Saturday/Sunday – $1099.00)

**Weekend rates apply to all major holidays and specialty dates that fall on a weekday: (example: 4th of July, Valentines Day, etc.)

Elopement package does not include or allow music, seating, formal bridal party, processional or director.

No unapproved off site vendors, items or services allowed due to liability restrictions and limitations.

  • Vintage traditional bridal arch with sheers and floral center and side swags
  • Elegant scrolled square white metal arbor w/white or colored curtain sheers & colored tie offs or choice of colored scarf w/flower side swags.
  • 4 Decorated tiki torches w/starfish accents and choice of colored bows on torches**
  • 3 Pole bamboo arbor w/white,tan or colored curtain sheers and tie-offs, or white or colored scarf & choice of tie offs. (flower, white or colored bows, burlap bows) or taupe sheers and starfish and seashell garland and starfish tie-offs, or tan sheers w/vintage lace or flower tie offs.
